A festive opening ceremony of the "Shapak" park took place in the Choganly residential area of Bagtyyarlyk district of the Turkmen capital. The event was held in honor of the upcoming celebration of Ashgabat City Day.

The ceremony was attended by heads of ministries and departments, representatives of the Halk Maslahaty, and local authorities.
