The National Leader of the Turkmen People and Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, sent a congratulatory letter to President Serdar Berdimuhamedov on the occasion of his birthday.

The program ‘Revival of the New Epoch of a Powerful State: National Program of Socio-Economic Development of Turkmenistan for 2022–2052’ and other initiatives ensure high indicators of progress in the national economy. The construction of new cities and towns continues at a rapid pace. The recent inauguration, with your participation, of a new glass production plant and a new complex of buildings for the Serakhs border detachment of the State Border Service is yet another vivid testament to the growing economic power of our Homeland and the success of the work being carried out for the benefit of the people. The ceremonial opening of the '15th Anniversary of Turkmenistan's Independence' Park has become a wonderful gift to city residents on the eve of the Independence Day of our Homeland, where—thanks to your noble initiatives—new modern cities and towns are being built throughout the country," the Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty emphasized.
