A new modern village is being built on 98 hectares in Kunyaurgench district of Turkmenistan, writes "Turkmenistan: Golden Age".

There will be 400 houses, including cottages, and developed infrastructure: a school for 420 students, a kindergarten for 160 children, a Health Center, a Community Center, a Communications Center, a wedding center "Toy mekany", a shopping center with a market, shops and a fire station.

For the convenience of residents, two automobile bridges have been built across the Khan-yab canal and across the drainage collector. It is also planned to create a greenhouse for mushrooms and lemons to provide jobs for local residents. Private enterprises are actively involved in the construction.
