The 21st Kazan International Film Festival "Altyn Minbar" will be held in the capital of Tatarstan from September 5 to 9. Two films by the "Turkmenfilm" Association named after Oguzhan will be presented at the prestigious film forum - "The Tree of Fate" and the joint Turkmen-Uzbek project "Magtymguly Fragi".

The film by Turkmen director Sahysalykh Bayramov "The Tree of Fate" (2023) was included in the special non-competition program "Through the Prism of Memory", dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War.

The joint work of Turkmen and Uzbek filmmakers will be shown in the non-competition program "Russia - Islamic World". The film "Magtymguly Fragi" (2024) is dedicated to the life of the Turkmen classic writer who lived in the mid-18th century.

The "Turkmenfilm" Association, which will celebrate its 100th anniversary next year, considers participation in the international event as a great honor and recognition of the significance of its activities.
