Google has announced the AI model Gemini 2.5 Pro, calling it "the smartest model" the company has developed to date. This neural network is part of the Gemini 2.5 family and surpasses previous versions in data analysis, programming, and solving complex tasks.

Gemini 2.5 Pro has demonstrated a significant leap in performance thanks to an improved core model and post-training refinements. Google highlights that this version has topped the LMArena ranking, which evaluates models based on user preferences, and has also achieved the best results in mathematics (AIME 2025) and science (GPQA Diamond).

In the coming weeks, Gemini 2.5 Pro will be available in Vertex AI, and later, Google will introduce a pricing policy to enable its use in large-scale projects. For now, the model is accessible to paid subscribers and developers in a testing phase.
