OpenAI's new GPT-5 artificial intelligence model for the ChatGPT chatbot will be free for all users, as announced by the company's CEO Sam Altman. This is reported by mail.ru.

According to Altman, the free tier of ChatGPT will receive unlimited access to the GPT-5 chat with standard intelligence settings, taking into account abuse thresholds. Plus subscribers will be able to run GPT-5 at a higher level of intelligence, and Pro subscribers will be able to run GPT-5 at an even higher level of intelligence.
