New modern villages will appear in the Akhal, Balkan and Dashoguz velayats, including in the gengeshliks of "Öňaldy" (Ak-Bugday etrap), "Gowşut" (Kaka etrap), in Gyzylarbat etrap (Balkan velayat), as well as a new town in Kunyaurgench etrap.

In 2025, it is planned to implement large-scale projects within the framework of the "Program for the Socio-Economic Development of Turkmenistan". President Serdar Berdimuhamedov announced at a session of the Cabinet of Ministers on February 7 that residential buildings with a total area of ​​about 500 thousand square meters will be erected.

Also among the key infrastructure projects of 2025 is the automobile bridge across the Garabogazkol Bay in Balkan velayat and the completion of the Mary-Turkmenabat section of the Ashgabat-Turkmenabat highway.

In the area of ​​social infrastructure, it is planned to build schools for 4,620 children and kindergartens for 2,000 children, which is aimed at improving the standard of living of the population.
