A significant role in strengthening Turkmenistan’s energy potential and advancing its oil and gas industry is played by the well overhaul departments of the “Nebitgazduypliabatlayysh” trust of the State Concern “Turkmennebit”, operating in the Balkan province.
Since the beginning of this year, the “Goturdepe,” “Barsagelmez,” and “Gamyshlyja” departments have achieved tangible results by restoring productivity in wells that previously had low flow rates or were out of operation. As a result of the repair work, approximately 81,830 tons of additional oil were produced, which is 141% of the set target.
Of particular note are the accomplishments of the “Gamyshlyja” department, whose specialists exceeded the planned indicators by 24,138 tons of oil. During the repairs, 32 wells were serviced, 24 of which were reintroduced into operation. As a result, the department’s additional production nearly tripled the planned volume.
Overall, 217 wells were overhauled by the trust during the reporting period—18 more than originally planned. Modern technologies and equipment provided by the trust’s motor transport and specialized departments were actively used in the repair work, ensuring high productivity and efficiency.
