On October 7, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, on the occasion of his birthday.

Highly appreciating the current level of comprehensive cooperation between Turkmenistan and Russia, the head of state emphasized the personal attention and significant contribution of the Russian leader to the development of strategic and friendly relations between the two countries.

"We intend to further expand the time-tested political, trade and economic, as well as cultural and humanitarian ties between our countries," stressed the President of Turkmenistan.

Serdar Berdimuhamedov wished Vladimir Putin good health, happiness, and success in his activities, and wished the friendly people of the Russian Federation well-being and prosperity.
