As part of his visit to the People's Republic of China, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, at the invitation of PRC Chairman Xi Jinping, took part in the ceremonial events held in Beijing on September 3 to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the Victory in World War II.

After a joint photo session of the heads of delegations on Tiananmen Square in Beijing, a ceremonial military parade took place, which became a symbol of China's commitment to peace and the memory of national heroes.

During his visit to China, the head of state also took part in a large-scale international event - a high-level meeting in the SCO+ format. This visit by Serdar Berdimuhamedov was an important event confirming the strengthening of Turkmenistan's multi-vector foreign policy and its desire to expand dialogue with the countries of the region.

Having completed the program of his working visit to China, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov arrived at Beijing International Airport, from where he departed for his homeland. The head of state was seen off by officials of the friendly country.

At the Ashgabat International Airport, the head of state was warmly greeted by officials who cordially congratulated him on his successful visit to China.

Thus, the visit of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov to China became an important step in the development of Turkmen-Chinese relations, confirming their strategic nature.
