During the holy month of Ramadan, which lasts from March 1 to March 29, Turkmenistan’s national mobile operator Tmcell ("Altyn Asyr") has introduced a special free service called "Oraza". This service allows subscribers to receive fasting schedule information based on their region of residence.

For user convenience, the company has developed a USSD code system that takes into account the specific fasting start and end times in different regions of the country:

• 08701# — for residents of Ahal province, Ashgabat, and Arkadag
• 08702# — for subscribers in Balkan province
• 08703# — for users in Dashoguz province
• 08704# — for residents of Mary province
• 08705# — for subscribers in Lebap province

The service is provided free of charge to all Tmcell subscribers during the holy month of Ramadan, enabling believers to accurately observe fasting times according to Islamic traditions.
