Chinar Garlyeva, second-year student of the Faculty of Cyber-Physical Systems at the Oguz Khan Engineering and Technology University of Turkmenistan, took part in the Global Leadership Forum (GLOW), which was held in Prague from January 5 to 9.

The forum brought together 78 alumni of the academic program for young women leaders “Studies of U.S. Institutions” (SUSI) from around the world, reports “Turkmenistan: Golden Age”. Chinar Garlyeva is also a SUSI alumna.

The event was held to provide future leaders with the skills and knowledge necessary to successfully implement meaningful projects at the community level. Through interactive sessions, mentoring, and peer learning, participants improved their project development skills, broadened their worldview, and created a strong support network.

The Global Forum in Prague was a significant step in the development and promotion of women's leadership qualities, and also emphasized the high role of women in building a sustainable future at the community level and around the world.

The participation of a representative of Turkmenistan in the SUSI program underlines the commitment of Turkmen universities to the development of global leadership and intercultural understanding among young people, the source notes.
