Turkmen students successfully performed and won prizes at the 19th International South-East European Mathematical Olympiad "SEEMOUS-2025", which was held from March 2 to 10 in Korca, Republic of Albania.

More than 150 students from 35 higher education institutions of Turkmenistan, Albania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Romania, Greece and North Macedonia took part in the Olympiad.

Turkmen students won a total of 26 medals: 3 gold, 10 silver and 13 bronze in the individual competition. The main prize of the Olympiad went to a student of the International University for the Humanities and Development, Medina Odayeva.

In honor of this event, on March 12, an award ceremony for the winners of the international Olympiad was held in the conference hall of the International University for the Humanities and Development. The winners were solemnly presented with gifts on behalf of the President of Turkmenistan and the Youth Organization named after Magtymguly.
