A Turkmen-Japanese Business Forum was held at Turkmenistan’s National Pavilion during the international exhibition EXPO 2025 in Osaka. The event aimed to promote economic cooperation between the two countries and expand trade relations.

 

The main goal of the forum was to reinforce collaboration between the business communities of Turkmenistan and Japan and to broaden trade and investment opportunities. Participants discussed mutual proposals and solutions in the field of high technology and innovative systems.

 

During the event, views were exchanged on creating new opportunities for Japanese businesses in the Turkmen market. The prospects for Turkmen entrepreneurs to adopt Japanese technologies and develop innovative projects were also considered.

 

Negotiations focused on strengthening business relations in the areas of trade, digital economy, innovation, energy, and transport. Organizers emphasized that the business forum was an important step in advancing bilateral economic cooperation and enhancing regional economic engagement in Central Asia.
