UNICEF Representative in Turkmenistan Jalpa Ratna, after the signing ceremony of the relevant document on expanding cooperation between the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable foundation for assistance to children in need of guardianship and the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) in the field of protecting the rights of children in Turkmenistan in order to ensure their well-being, noted the following:

"The activities of the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable foundation for assistance to children in need of guardianship are an excellent example of the implementation of the tradition of helping those who need support. Since its establishment in 2021, the Foundation has been providing treatment and medical assistance to children in need of guardianship throughout the country."
