The School of Aviation Personnel Training of the State Service "TURKMENHOWAYOLLARY" continues to accept students for the 2025/2026 academic year in the following specialties:

 

1. Technical operation of aviation and radio-electronic equipment of aircraft.

 

2. Technical operation of aircraft and aircraft engines.

3. Ensuring aviation security.

4. Technical operation of airport radio equipment.

5. Production, storage, transportation, refueling and control of aviation fuels and lubricants.

6. Air traffic control.

The school accepts male citizens of Turkmenistan (with a military ID) and females up to 25 years of age, with at least a general secondary education, who meet the health requirements of the Medical Center of the State Service "Turkmenhowayollary", based on the results of entrance examinations on a competitive basis.

 

Duration of study - 2.5 years.

Training at the aviation personnel training school is carried out on a fee-paying basis.

The age of applicants is calculated as of September 1, 2025.

Documents are accepted in Ashgabat from July 14 to August 18, 2025.

List of documents:

- an application addressed to the school director in the established form;

- a questionnaire in the established form;

- an educational document (original);

- a medical certificate in the form established by the Medical Center of the State Service "Turkmenhowayollary";

- a certificate from a drug addiction and neuropsychiatric dispensary;

- a reference from the last place of study (work, military unit);

- a commitment to timely payment for tuition according to the sample;

- eight photographs measuring 3x4 cm;

- a certified copy of the work record book for those employed;

- winners of the state school Olympiad, members of the national teams of Turkmenistan who participated in international Olympiads in academic subjects, submit the original of the relevant documents confirming these grounds.

 

Applicants with the above documents present and submit to the Admissions Committee copies of the following documents:

- passport;

- military ID.

An applicant may provide other documents that confirm his/her non-competitive and (or) preferential right to enrollment as a student.

 

The applicant is personally liable for incorrectly provided information and inaccurate documents.

 

Entrance examinations and enrollment are held at the Aviation Personnel Training School of the State Service "Turkmenhowayollary" (Ashgabat) on August 21-22, 24 and 25, 2025.

 

Entrance examinations for all specialties are held in mathematics, physics, and history of Turkmenistan.

 

Entrance examinations in academic subjects are held on the basis of the curricula for secondary schools of Turkmenistan.

 

Entrance examinations in academic subjects are conducted in writing and orally in the state language.

 

Persons who fail to appear for the exam at the scheduled time without good reason or who fail the exam in one of the subjects are not allowed to take subsequent exams.

 

Applicants enjoy out-of-competition and preferential right to enroll in the number of students, subject to successful completion of the entrance examinations, in accordance with the provisions established by the Law of Turkmenistan "On Education" (new edition).
