In the near future, the people of Azerbaijan will have the opportunity to experience segments of Turkmenistan’s rich and unique culture. This announcement was made by the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, during his speech at the 12th Summit of the Heads of State of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS).

The Hero-Arkadag placed special emphasis on the fact that, within the framework of the OTS, the cultural and humanitarian sphere plays a distinct and important role. Cooperation in this area is of great significance for preserving, developing, and promoting the unique national characteristics and spiritual values of the Turkic peoples globally.

“We propose strengthening efforts to organize joint cultural and public events. In particular, we are actively working to hold Days of Culture, theatrical performances, various exhibitions, and film screenings. In the near future, we plan to hold Days of Turkmen Culture in Azerbaijan,” said the National Leader of the Turkmen people.
