On August 14, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov held a meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to Turkmenistan Ji Shumin.

The parties highly appreciated the level of development of Turkmen-Chinese relations in all areas of mutual interest. The diplomats noted the importance of regular dialogue at the highest political level, which is a key factor in strengthening bilateral ties between Turkmenistan and China.

In this regard, the interlocutors discussed preparations for upcoming visits and meetings in both bilateral and multilateral formats.
