On February 14, 2025, Ambassador of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Kazakhstan B.Rejepov gave a lecture at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the press service of the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Kazakhstan reports.

The Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan is a higher educational institution with a special status that carries out training, retraining and advanced training of civil servants.

The lecture was attended by students of the Academy, undergraduates, postgraduates, faculty, including representatives of the diplomatic corps.

The lecture covered a wide range of topical issues, primarily the theme of the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan's Neutrality, as well as the 2025 declared by the UN General Assembly as the "International Year of Peace and Trust", which was adopted on the initiative of Turkmenistan.

During the lecture, it was noted that Turkmenistan demonstrates commitment to the principles of positive neutrality, peacefulness and good neighborliness, makes a significant contribution to the expansion of equal fruitful partnership, thanks to the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and the state policy consistently implemented under the leadership of the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov. It was also especially noted that over the past years, the evolution of Turkmenistan's neutrality has proven its compliance with the basic values ​​​​and goals of the UN, and has been recognized as a common heritage of the world community.

At the end of the lecture, the head of the Turkmen diplomatic mission dwelt in more detail on the Turkmen-Kazakh relations, which are today in an atmosphere of trust and mutual understanding. Indicatively demonstrating the sustainable nature of the Turkmen-Kazakh relations of friendship, good neighborliness and strategic partnership, the foundation of which was laid by the leaders of Turkmenistan and the Republic of Kazakhstan.

With great enthusiasm, the lecture participants listened to the information about the work done by Turkmenistan during the years of Neutrality, in particular about the ideological and practical aspects of the implementation of the idea of ​​peace and trust as a fundamental principle of the world order.

After the lecture, there was an active exchange of questions that interested the Academy listeners.
