A regular meeting of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan began on September 19 at the Maslahat Köşgi Palace in Ashgabat, chaired by the National Leader of the Turkmen People and Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.

The agenda of the Halk Maslahaty meeting, held on the eve of the 34th anniversary of our country's sacred independence, includes important issues aimed at ensuring a happy and prosperous life for our people and the further socioeconomic development of Turkmenistan.

The meeting of the country's highest representative body is attended by Deputy Chairmen of the Cabinet of Ministers, members of the Mejlis, heads of ministries and departments, political parties and public organizations, media outlets, velayat, etrap, and city governors, members of velayat, etrap, and city people's councils, honorary elders, respected mothers, and representatives of the country's public.
