The leadership of the "Turkmengaz" State Concern and a delegation from the Malaysian company PETRONAS held talks in Ashgabat to discuss matters of mutual interest and potential avenues for further cooperation.

Chairman of "Turkmengaz", Maksat Babaev, received the delegation from one of Turkmenistan’s key international partners in the oil and gas sector. During the meeting, special attention was given to the implementation of ongoing joint projects and the exploration of new growth opportunities aimed at strengthening the long-standing strategic partnership.

The parties exchanged views on the current state of global energy markets and reaffirmed their mutual interest in the sustainable development of Turkmenistan’s energy sector.
