Two international internet Olympiads will be held in March: in theoretical mechanics at the State energy institute (on March 10-15) and in strength of materials at the Turkmen state institute of architecture and construction (on March 18). This was announced by Vice-premier B. Orazdurdyeva at a session of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan.

The events are being organized within the framework of the International Year of Peace and Trust and the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan's neutrality. According to the organizers, these events will contribute to strengthening international cooperation in science and education, as well as training highly qualified specialists.

The corresponding proposal to hold the events was approved by President of the country Serdar Berdimuhamedov.
