On March 28, O. Atabaeva, Vice President for Medical Affairs of the Charitable foundation for assisting children in need of guardianship named after Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, held a series of meetings with guests who arrived in Turkmenistan to participate in the international conference “Year of Peace and Trust: Development of international activities for the sake of children”, reports TDH.

In particular, meetings were held with Deputy Chairwoman of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Inna Svyatenko, Minister of Roads and Urban Development of the Islamic Republic of Iran Ms. Farzaneh Sadeghi Malvagerd, Deputy Chairwoman of the Soong Ching Ling Foundation of China Ms. Shen Beili, and Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan Akmaral Alnazarova.

The meetings focused on issues of intergovernmental humanitarian cooperation. Special attention was given to the significant role of Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable foundation for assisting children in need of guardianship in strengthening traditional ties of friendship.
