The Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan has announced the selection of students for study at Romanian universities in the 2025/2026 academic year. Applications are accepted from March 17 to 27, 2025 at the International University for the Humanities and Development, the Neutral Turkmenistan newspaper reports.

Citizens of Turkmenistan with general secondary, secondary vocational or higher education can apply. The selection is based on bachelor's and master's degree programs.
