The Embassy of India in Ashgabat has announced that the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) is offering scholarships for Turkmen nationals to study in India for the academic year 2025-26. The scholarships cover undergraduate, postgraduate, and research programs, as well as Indian cultural studies such as dance, music, theatre, sculpture, languages, and cuisine.

Applications will be accepted online via the ICCR A2A Scholarship Portal, which will open on February 20, 2025. The deadline for student applications is April 30, 2025.
