On behalf of the people and Government of Turkmenistan, as well as on his own behalf, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent sincere congratulations and best wishes to Prince Albert II of the Principality of Monaco and all the people of the country on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Turkmenistan and Monaco.

Noting that relations between our countries are based on mutual respect, equality and mutual trust, the head of state emphasized Turkmenistan's interest in expanding bilateral ties, and expressed confidence that through joint efforts, cooperation between our countries will continue to develop in the interests of both peoples.

Taking this pleasant opportunity, the President of Turkmenistan wished the Prince of Monaco good health, happiness and well-being, and the friendly people of the country progress and prosperity.
