At the 29th International Sambo Tournament for the Prizes of the President of Belarus, Turkmen athletes demonstrated high skills, winning several medals in various categories.

In the women's competition, Aziza Nazarova and Aminat Guvanova distinguished themselves, winning bronze medals in the weight category up to 50 kg. Merzhen Jorayeva also won a bronze medal in the category up to 59 kg.

In men's combat sambo, Turkmen athletes also showed worthy results. Agasapar Muhadov and Begench Baltayev became bronze medalists in the weight category up to 79 kg. It is especially worth noting the success of Suvhan Ovezgeldiyev, who won a silver medal in the weight category up to 98 kg.
