The "Arkadag" team has claimed the Turkmenistan Super Cup for the second consecutive year. The team achieved this success by defeating the highly experienced "Ahal" side with a score of 3–0 in the final match. The game took place at the "Nisa" Stadium in the capital. This was reported by a Takyk correspondent.

Captain of "Arkadag", Altymyrat Annadurdyyev, scored twice and was named the best player of the match. The third goal was scored by Mirza Beknazarov.

FC "Arkadag" was founded in 2023, yet despite being a newly established club, it managed to win both the national championship and the Turkmenistan Cup in its debut year. Most of the team’s players also represent the Turkmenistan national team.

The Turkmenistan Super Cup is organized by the Football Federation of Turkmenistan. Since 2005, the trophy has been contested between the winners of the national championship and the Turkmenistan Cup.
