On October 2, 2025, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov met with Artur Andrysiak, Resident Mission Director of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) in Ashgabat.

The parties discussed the further development of Turkmenistan's cooperation with the ADB. In this context, they emphasized the importance of interaction between representatives of the Turkmen government and banking sector with ADB management and relevant agencies.

A number of issues related to the further expansion of the legal framework for bilateral cooperation and the implementation of specific projects planned for implementation in Turkmenistan with ADB participation were also discussed.
